Know-how in Hemp Harvest

HEMPBULL - Full-Harvester

For the two-component harvest in hemp we recommend our frequently used Hemp Bull. The stripper mounted on the front frame first picks the blossoms and leaves and then stores them in the hopper. In the second step, the stems of the plant are cut into 30-60 cm long ends.

Carrier machine: Claas Xerion 4000 - 5000
Harvesting opportunity for: Hemp blossoms and leaves, fibres and shives
Working width: 6 meter
Max. working speed: 10 km/h
Cutting lenght: 30 - 60 cm

Advantages:

  1. Maximum protection of the CBD content through gentle separation of the leaves from the stem
  2. Suitable for all hemp height verieties from 0.25 to 4.5 meters.
  3. Optimum view onto the working processes
  4. More efficiency through one harvesting phase

Hemp processing

Stripper

The stripper picks the blossoms and leaves from the fiber .

Conveyor

The conveyor transports the picked blossoms and leaves to the hopper.

Hopper

In the hopper the blossoms and leaves are stored temporarily until the unloading process starts.

Unloading

Orbis

The orbis cuts the fiber close to the ground and transports it to the feeder house.

Feeder

The feeder house passes the fiber from the orbis to the hemp cut unit with an optional higher or lower speed (for longer or shorter cut fiber).

Hemp cut unit

In the hemp cut unit the fiber is finally cut and put in swaths.

Swath

Due to a special construction, the way the swath is put on the field allows the plant to ret immediately.
